It's very simple: You write an email to please@answer.email with your question. Our AI reads your email and sends you an answer within seconds. That's all - no app, no registration, no password needed.
Do I need to create an account?
No! You don't need any account, password, or registration. Just send an email. We recognize you by your email address.
Is it really free?
Yes! You get 10 free AI answers every day. That's enough for most people. If you need more, we have affordable paid plans.
What can I ask?
Almost anything! Ask questions, get help understanding complicated emails, translate text, get recipes, tech support, and much more. The AI is here to help you.
How do I send an email?
Open your email program (like Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, or the Mail app on your phone). Click 'New Email' or 'Compose'. In the 'To' field, type: please@answer.email. Write your question in the email body. Click 'Send'. You'll get an answer in seconds!
Forwarding Emails
Can I forward emails I don't understand?
Yes! This is one of our best features. If you receive an email that confuses you - maybe from a bank, insurance company, or government office - simply forward it to please@answer.email with a note like 'Please explain this email to me'. We'll explain it in simple language.
How do I forward an email?
Open the confusing email. Look for a 'Forward' button (usually looks like an arrow pointing right). Click it. In the 'To' field, type: please@answer.email. Add your question at the top, like 'What does this mean?' or 'Is this a scam?'. Click 'Send'.
Can you help me detect scam emails?
Yes! If you receive a suspicious email, forward it to us and ask 'Is this a scam?' We'll analyze it and tell you if it looks fraudulent. This is especially useful for phishing attempts pretending to be from banks or companies.
Security & Privacy
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use bank-level encryption (SSL/TLS) for all communications. Your emails are processed securely and deleted after 30 days.
Can I send sensitive information?
We recommend caution. While our service is secure, you should NEVER send: passwords, credit card numbers, social security numbers, bank account details, or personal identification numbers. If an email you're forwarding contains such information, delete or hide it before sending.
Who can see my emails?
Only our AI system processes your emails to generate answers. We do not share, sell, or give your emails to anyone else. Our staff does not read your emails unless required to fix a technical problem.

What should I NEVER include in my emails?
Never send us: Your passwords (for anything), Credit card or debit card numbers, Bank account numbers, Social security numbers or ID numbers, PINs or security codes, Personal photos you wouldn't want others to see. If you're forwarding an email that contains this information, remove it first!
Is this a replacement for professional advice?
No! Our AI provides helpful information, but it is NOT a replacement for: Medical advice from a doctor, Legal advice from a lawyer, Financial advice from a licensed advisor, Emergency services. For emergencies, always call your local emergency number.
Can I trust the answers completely?
Our AI is very helpful but not perfect. Always verify important information, especially regarding health, legal matters, or finances. Use our service for general help and convenience, but consult professionals for important decisions.
Response Time & Limits
How fast will I get an answer?
Usually within 10-30 seconds! The AI processes your question immediately and sends a reply to your email.
What if I don't get a response?
First, check your spam/junk folder - sometimes emails end up there. If you still don't see a response after a few minutes, try sending your email again. If problems persist, contact help@answer.email.
How many questions can I ask per day?
Free users: 10 questions per day. Starter plan ($10/month): 100 per day. Pro plan ($20/month): 500 per day. Unlimited ($50/month): As many as you want.
What happens if I reach my limit?
You'll receive an email letting you know you've reached your daily limit. Your limit resets at midnight. You can upgrade to a paid plan for more questions.
Payment & Billing
How do I upgrade my plan?
Simply send an email to upgrade@answer.email with your desired plan (Starter, Pro, or Unlimited). We'll send you payment instructions.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your paid plan at any time by emailing help@answer.email. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
Languages
Can I write in my own language?
Yes! You can write to us in any language. Our AI understands and responds in many languages including English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
Can you translate emails for me?
Absolutely! Forward an email in any language and ask us to translate it. We'll send you a translation in your preferred language.
