2. Description of Service
answer.email provides an AI-powered email response service. You send us an email with a question or request, and our AI generates a helpful response that is sent back to your email address.
3. Usage Limits
Free users are limited to 10 AI responses per day. Paid plans offer higher limits as specified in our pricing:
- Free: 10 responses/day
- Starter ($10/month): 100 responses/day
- Pro ($20/month): 500 responses/day
- Unlimited ($50/month): Unlimited responses
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use our service for:
- Illegal activities or promoting illegal activities
- Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
- Spam or unsolicited commercial communications
- Attempting to bypass usage limits
- Reverse engineering or exploiting the service
- Generating harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Our responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy:
- AI responses may contain errors or inaccuracies
- Responses should not be considered professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.)
- Always verify important information from authoritative sources
- We are not liable for decisions made based on AI responses
6. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. To upgrade, email upgrade@answer.email with your desired plan. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, answer.email shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
